Easyliner

Maxliner is a leading cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining system for small diameter pipes ranging from 2 to 10 inches in diameter and can negotiate 22 degree, 45 degree and even 90 degree bends. The system uses highly engineered equipment and materials to repair existing pipelines without digging, thereby, saving homeowners not only the expensive costs associated with digging and reconstruction but can protect their landscaping, which can be ruined by the traditional dig and replace method.

Maxliner offers a wide selection of liners, all of which are extremely flexible and designed to maneuver multiple bends and joints. Using styrene-free epoxy resin, Maxliner offers a quality lining system which can vary its thickness and has the integrity equal to that of a Schedule 35 plastic pipe or a Schedule 80 plastic pipe, in that it is designed to put a pipe within a pipe that will last at least as long as its 50 year minimum design life. The Maxliner System has received the NSF Standard 14 Certification and ICC Evaluation Service, Inc. (ICC-ES)- the country's leader in evaluating products for compliance with building codes- Complies with the 2009 International Plumbing Code and the 2009 International Residential Code. The Maxliner system offers the ability to reline lateral pipes providing the same benefits of the CIPP process and DOW TM formulated epoxies. Applications include laterals, verticals, roof drains, commercial drains and industrial drains. To learn more visit www.maxlinerusa.com .

With the help of the LinerGun® (inversion device) the impregnated liner is installed in the damaged pipe by means of compressed air. The liner is kept under pressure with air until the epoxy mixture has completely cured. The curing may be accelerated with hot water or steam.
