We are very pleased to report that our Pipe Relining went perfectly.
All your men on our job, were in clean uniforms and very helpful
in this difficult situation. Your Foremen Lee and Dave kept
things going smoothly and were very knowledgeable about this
process. We never felt worried about "surprises",
which could come up. Everyone was very well trained and knew
what they were doing.
The only surprise we had was the relining came out better than we expected. We had better water pressure and better water flow than we had before the pipe relining. We are very very pleased!
We also had a Water Treatment System installed. We love this system; we can drink from the tap without the terrible taste of city water.

This is to thank you for a job well done. Dave, the project leader was very personable, professional and courteous. In fact the entire crew went out of their way and took time to explain their process to me and to show me the progress as it happened in a very reassuring manner. Even my wife was impressed with their positive energy and attitude.
I chose your system in the first place on account of the thicker epoxy coating especially because you were gracious enough to let me lathe down the copper on one of his sales samples in my workshop. I was pleased to personally observe that the internal epoxy maintained its own structural integrity even after all the copper was removed. This went a long way towards influencing my initial decision to go with Curaflo, even though it was slightly more expensive than a re-pipe. Although your competition scared me about reduced flow due to thicker Curaflo epoxy coating, I was delighted to note that after the Curaflo process the flow rates measured significantly faster than before! I am an engineer with an inquisitive nature and I am truly intrigued by this phenomenon.
