Pipelining is one of the most advanced alternatives to the traditional approaches of repairing corrosive or leaking pipes. Pipelining is a cost effective method that coats the inside of the pipe with a durable and safe epoxy. The epoxy is applied with minimal disruption to the property and is often less costly than the traditional repiping alternatives.

Pipelining with CuraFlo is often less invasive than other services.

The CuraFlo system uses a powerful air compressor fitted with specialized air processing, drying, and heating systems. Hoses coming from this system are attached to the valves of your fixtures and the system begins the process of drying, cleaning, and lining.

We can service your entire pipe system through this process without any major invasive procedures. Our crews are timely, courteous, and experienced. When we're done lining your pipes, we will place new shut off valves on your fixtures.

What Causes Pipe Problems?

Water chemistry plays a major role in copper and galvanized pipe corrosion and failure. Your water is a chemical cocktail which has unique properties based on its source. Hard water is full of minerals that can cause your pipes to become encrusted and plugged. Surface collected or soft water has few dissolved minerals, is acidic, and easily dissolves your pipe walls, causing pinhole leaks and pipe wall thinning and could dissolve your pipe walls.

Water will erode, corrode, plug, weaken, and cause the formation of pinhole leaks in plumbing systems over time. The failure of metal plumbing systems is often hastened by the use of inferior pipes or metal. Problems can occur in as little as 6 years and, within 10 years most copper or galvanized systems show significant problems.

The best long-term solution to pipe corrosion is to stop the water from coming into contact with your pipe's walls.

Who needs CuraFlo?
