CuraFlo’s epoxy solutions utilize innovative technologies and time-tested proprietary processes to restore copper, galvanized steel, lead, cement and cast iron pipes.
Proven Technologies: The CuraFlo Engineered Flow ining System® renews deteriorated water pipes in a variety of buildings and is suitable for metal pipes ranging in size from ½" to 4" in diameter. Using treated, pressurized hot air to dry the pipes followed by sandblasting the interior to remove unhealthy debris and built-up corrosion. Finally, CuraPoxy epoxy coating is blown through the pipe, creating a seamless and sanitary barrier on the surface of the pipes. Often, water service is restored the same day, resulting in a time and cost saving for customers that can trust the Curaflo system will prevent future leaks against corrosion and yields cleaner, safer and healthier drinking water.

Proven Technologies: The CuraFlo Spincast System™ This technology is suitable for pipes ranging from 3” to 36” in diameter. This system provides a CuraPoxy protective coating of 40 to 200 mils in thickness by centrifugally applying the coatings. CuraFlo’s proprietary Spincast System has been used to line more than 360,000 feet of pipe throughout North America during the past 10 years.
